Excellent choice. B&R was recommended to me by a friend and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with their service, outcome, speed,... and pricing.They fixed an issue in one day (!!) that it took Mercedes 7 weeks to diagnose and fixed it—with OEM parts—for half what the dealership wanted. Did I mention it took only a couple days to order and get the parts (I was able to keep my car during that time) and only seven hours to fix? Unbelievable!Before and after photos included. Great Business! They are trustworthy and honest and they do excellent work! They fixed my car and it literally looks... like brand new. My back bumper was smashed ( my fault) and my mirror was stoke. It's already spotless but it just needed that little bit more for perfection, in this case a rear bumper respray. I was on vacation, had my back window smashed at hotel. It was the day after Christmas, raining and everywhere was... closed. Pat the owner answered the phone while doing paperwork and was courteous and helpful, said bring over and we will get out of rain and look at. He even helped me with rental car!!
